Girl, if you want to drink on the weekend and still see results…

You’re not asking for too much. I get it.

You don’t have to cut out alcohol completely.

You’re not going to gain weight because of one drink.

It’s really what happens around the drinking that kills your hard work.

So here’s the good news...

You can have your occasional drinks and your progress.

But here’s the deal breaker…

You need a little balance.

Here’s what actually makes the difference:

Eat before you drink

Going out on an empty stomach is a huge mistake.

You’ll get hungry, you’ll drink faster, you’ll drink more, and you’ll end up eating junk after.

So here’s the trick...

Eat a proper meal that keeps you full, controls your cravings, and helps you naturally drink less.

Focus on protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Carbs are optional depending on your day.

Choose lighter options

Don’t overthink it. Simple swaps make a huge difference.

Go for wine or spirits with water or soda water instead of sugary mixes.

You’re not restricting yourself… you’re just being smarter with your choices.

Alternate your drinks with water

This is one of the easiest habits that changes everything.

Have your drink, then water, then drink again, then water.

You’ll naturally drink less, reduce your sugar intake, and feel way better the next day.

This is how you stay in control.

Avoid sugary mixers

A lot of the damage isn’t even from the alcohol… it’s from the added sugar.

Juices, syrups, and sweet cocktails add up FAST without filling you up.

And that’s what kills your progress.

Don’t turn one night into a whole weekend

This is the one that really affects your results.

One night out? You’re fine.
Three days... that's how you end up restarting on Monday!

We’re not doing that sis.

It’s not the one drink… it’s the habits around it

You don’t need to be perfect but you don’t need to be boring either.

You just need to stay intentional.

If you’re trying to eat better but still enjoy your life, start with simple shifts like this.
